Since early 2014 Paul and Sean have worked with the team and together they have set out a plan and road plan to achieve the overall business vision of making Pestforce one of the most successful and recognised names in Pest Control.
Paul and Sean’s experience of franchise businesses and facility management meant that they were ideally placed to take Pestforce over and take it to the next level.

Sean Taylor - Group Managing Director
Sean did not excel at school, in fact 5 O Levels and a BTEC diploma was the extent of his formative years, where cricket, tennis, fishing and golf took priority. Work brought a new focus and this motivated Sean to train as an Accountant and pass his final exams at the age of 22.
His commercial experience started with a 10 year career at De Beers, the world's largest diamond producer, including 5 years working in Angola in a partnership agreement with the local government. He then left the sparkle of diamonds to move into the service sector.
Over the last 14 years, Sean has worked at a senior level, commercial and financially for both SME and PLC organisations including MITIE plc, Servest Group and TC Contractors working with customers such as Tesco, Primark and TFL.
Sean's role and wide range of sector experience means that he participates in all areas of the business but with a new found passion for marketing, one of the key foundations for growth.
Paul Smith - Group Commercial Director
Paul was lucky enough to know by the age of 12 that he wanted to fly in the RAF and even luckier to realise his dream spanning 19 years; most of which was spent inside a Tornado cockpit.
Paul's transformation has been via Management Consultancy and running his own training business. Both roles focused on helping individuals and organisations that wanted to improve performance.
Paul also has an MBA so the combination of the practical lessons learned in his former careers and the rigour of the MBA make him very comfortable in motivating and supporting franchisees in all aspects of their business, but especially in Sales and Marketing where his skills have helped to fuel the recent network sales growth.
